RBT Job Description

As an RBT, you’ll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based interventions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings, clinics, or schools.

Collecting and tracking data on client progress.

Maintaining punctuality and professional conduct.

Implementing individualized treatment plans to foster skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Communicating effectively with families and team members.

Participating in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay current on best practices.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

RBT Certification (or the willingness to train and pursue certification).

Experience with children, especially those with autism (preferred, not required).

Strong communication skills in English.

Reliable transportation and a valid state ID.

Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

A positive, empathetic demeanor and a passion for helping others.
