Typically, it takes about 4-6 weeks from your initial contact to starting therapy sessions. However, this timeline can vary based on receiving your intake paperwork, obtaining insurance approvals, and matching your child with the perfect therapy providers. At Above and Beyond ABA Therapy, we pride ourselves on making this process as fast and seamless as possible.
Most families pay minimal to no out-of-pocket costs, depending on your insurance coverage. Our intake specialists are happy to help determine your insurance benefits and answer any financial questions you have.
Yes, an autism diagnosis is required to begin ABA therapy. If you don't already have a diagnosis, we can help guide you through the process or refer you to a qualified diagnostic provider.
The location of therapy sessions is completely up to you! Our intake specialists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will work with you to determine the best setting based on your child's individual needs and family preferences, whether that's at home, in a clinic, or within the community.
ABA therapy session lengths vary based on each child's individual needs, typically ranging from a few hours to up to 8 hours per day. Our team will work closely with you to create a personalized schedule that supports your child's developmental goals.
